By accessing or using the Next Gen Sports website and services, including our RFID card booking system and self-pour facilities located at 315 Opportunity Drive, Norman, OK 73071, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. We verify age through our AgeChecker integration and may request additional identification at any time.

3. Services Description

Next Gen Sports provides an automated RFID card distribution system for access to our self-pour beer and wine facilities. Our services include:

• Online booking and registration
• Digital waiver signing
• Age verification
• Secure payment processing
• SMS-based lockbox access code delivery
• RFID card distribution via secure lockboxes

5. Booking and Payment

All bookings require:

• Valid personal information
• Completion of a digital waiver
• Successful age verification (21+)
• Valid payment method

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for unused services.

6. RFID Card and Lockbox Access

Upon successful completion of all verification steps and payment:

• You will receive an SMS with your assigned lockbox number and access code
• Access codes are single-use and time-limited
• RFID cards remain the property of Next Gen Sports
• You are responsible for the proper use and return of the RFID card
• Lost or damaged cards may incur replacement fees

7. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not share your lockbox access codes with others
• Not transfer or loan your RFID card to others
• Consume alcohol responsibly
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services if intoxicated

8. Liability Waiver

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have signed our digital waiver and agree to release Next Gen Sports, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability related to your use of our services and facilities. This includes but is not limited to injuries, property damage, and any consequences of alcohol consumption.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Next Gen Sports and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service or suspected fraudulent activity.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Gen Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
